Please come down to the Jacobs Center (404 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92114) for the UC San Diego Health Sciences HERE Initiative Outreach Program's HEALTH FAIR on Saturday, Sept. 8th, from 9am-1pm.
The HERE Initiative is a new outreach program designed to benefit communities in South Bay and southeastern San Diego by facilitating access to: essential health care services, education and workforce development; and community and research partnerships.
Join UCSD for the kick-off health fairs for complimentary:
- Preventive health screenings performed by UCSD doctors and nurses
- Informative talks on pressing health care issues affecting our community
- Booths featuring UC San Diego Health System's specialty services
- Booths hosted by local community partner organizations
- Fun activities for kids and giveaways
